"A LEARNING COMMUNITY SERVES ALL OF ITS MEMBERS."
Dr. Ed Jones, Founder

Mason Links Services

Mason Links is an “agency” that is one small but potent merger point of the George Mason University Office of Human Resources and the division of University Life. Mason Links seeks to discover, uncover and create linkages between individuals, offices, departments, colleges and communities that have the potential to contribute to the education of Mason’s working population. These people and organizations are default members of Mason Links, and the leaders in and around these act in one of several layers of collaboration and cooperation to affect processes and create opportunities for Mason’s working population as they seek to find personal and family successes and contribute to the health of the university and their communities. Services that Links will provide include but are not limited to:

a. Beginning English language classes
b. Language Lab for intermediate and advanced speakers of other languages
c. Individual English language tutoring
d. English literacy instruction
e. Basic workplace skills instruction
f. GED class preparation
g. Introduction to Information Technologies
h. Citizenship exam preparation
i. Individualized training and tutoring for job development
